An insular China is preparing to showcase itself to the world. In a pre-Olympic fever the Chinese government is increasing the strangle hold on its residents and on the entry and movement of foreigners.

High rise construction sites pause and look as a 9 foot tall amorphous creature trots by. “Ursa” chases and swipes at children who scream and run. Women hide behind their husbands. “Ursa” sniffs around, and is especially intrigued by few and far between trees. The police don't know what to do.
